Drinking less long-term takes more than restricting your
drinking for a month. It takes addressing WHY you struggle 
to control how much you drink.

You start to do that by examining your desires, thoughts,
& beliefs about yourself & drinking.

I've created a week of questions you can use to get started.

The awareness you gain by answering these questions will help you see why it’s really
so hard for you to cut back/stop drinking.

Putting down the bottle isn’t the real challenge.

It’s dealing with all the things that come up when you do.

For the next week, I'm going to send you an email every day with questions that will serve as great journal prompts to help you see what's at the root of your struggle. You can then work on creating new thoughts that will help you change your relationship with alcohol.
