When You Doubt You Can Do It

You doubt yourself.

You don’t think you can do it.

You’ve never been able to do it before.

It’s too hard.


If you’ve tried to cut back/stop drinking before, you have these doubts.

If you’ve tried to lose the weight before, you have these doubts.

If you’ve tried to stick to an exercise plan before, you have these doubts.


You get to decide if they’re true or not.

You can decide you can do it.

This is the time you do it.

You can do it even though it’s hard.

It’s doable.


Doubts are totally normal.

Don’t be derailed by them.

Expect them.


You’re in control.

You can do it.

Keep going.
