You Don't Need to Escape


One of the most common things I hear from people is that their job or a person in their life is making them miserable / stressed / annoyed. And, as a result, they want to leave their job or not deal with that person.

Escaping the things that bother you may seem like the only, easiest, or best option, but as the saying goes, “Wherever you go, there you are.” We can’t escape our thoughts and THEY are what create our reality.

Look at what you are thinking about your job or the person. Notice how those thoughts create your feelings. Those thoughts are optional. All thoughts are optional.

You don’t need to escape anything to improve your life. You don’t need to be in a different situation. You simply need to change your negative thoughts. Do so, and you will be a different—and happier—person 😁
